Real Estate Calculators("we," "us," or "this site") operates this website. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Calculator inputs. The numbers you type into our calculators are processed entirely in your browser. We do not send these inputs to our servers or store them on our side. They exist only in your browser tab until you close it.
• Email addresses (optional). If you choose to join our email list, we store your email address and the name of the calculator you were using at opt-in. We use this address only to send you tool updates and related content. You can unsubscribe at any time from the footer of any email we send.
• Usage analytics. We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which calculators and articles are popular. We do not use analytics that fingerprint or track individuals across other websites.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider records basic request logs (IP address, browser type, page visited) for security and operational purposes. These are retained for a short period and are not combined with your email or calculator inputs.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data to anyone.
• We don't run retargeting pixels or behavioral advertising.
• We don't build personal profiles of our visitors.
• We don't store your calculator inputs on our servers.

Cookies

We use a small number of first-party cookies for functionality such as remembering your email if you've already subscribed, or preserving UI state. See our cookie policy for details.

Third-party services

We embed some links to our parent company, Digital Dashboard Hub. When you click these links and visit their site, they operate under their own privacy policy.

If you export a calculator result to PDF, the PDF is generated entirely in your browser using a client-side library. Nothing is uploaded to any server during PDF generation.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you (principally, your email and subscription metadata)
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of email communications at any time
• Object to processing

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. Material changes will be announced on this page by updating the date above. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
