Accuracy
We make a reasonable effort to keep our data and formulas accurate and up to date. State tax rates, insurance averages, mortgage rates, and median home prices change constantly. We can't promise all data is current as of the moment you use a calculator. Always verify critical numbers with your lender, insurer, or local government before making financial decisions.
